Terms of service

These terms apply to every visit to tlcrenew.com and every order placed through it. They cover who can buy from us, the research-only conditions on every product, how orders are checked, priced, paid for and shipped, and where our responsibility ends.

Before you order

TLC Renew supplies research peptides to qualified researchers, laboratories and institutions. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.

1. Agreement to these terms

By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order with TLC Renew, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Research Use Only Policy and Compliance Overview. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We may revise these terms at any time. Each order is governed by the version shown on this page when that order was placed.

2. Who can buy and research use

You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher, or buying for an academic institution, commercial laboratory or other research setting. At checkout we ask for your research setting and intended research.

Every product is supplied for in vitro laboratory research. By ordering, you confirm that:

  • You meet the requirements above and the details you give us are accurate
  • Products will be used only for lawful laboratory research
  • Products will not be given to people or animals, or used as drugs, supplements or medical devices
  • You will not resell or pass products to anyone who does not meet these terms

3. Orders and cancellations

We may ask for further details to confirm your eligibility before an order ships, and we may refuse any order. Before dispatch, we can cancel an order and refund it in full, for example when:

  • Your eligibility or research details cannot be confirmed
  • An order or message points to use outside laboratory research
  • A product is unavailable or a lot does not pass our HPLC-MS checks
  • A price or product listing was shown in error

You can cancel an order before dispatch by emailing research@tlcrenew.com. Because in-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM leave the same day, please write as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and any claim is handled under section 5.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies to your shipping state is added at checkout.

Payment is collected in full at checkout by our third-party payment providers. Prices and stock can change without notice, but you pay the price shown when you check out. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Most problems are resolved quickly by email.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship within the United States. In-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day in temperature-stable, plainly labelled packaging. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, US orders over $250 ship free, and a tracking number is emailed once your order is on its way.

Responsibility for a parcel passes to you when it is delivered to the address given at checkout, so please check that address carefully. Transit damage must be reported with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. A lost parcel is reviewed once the carrier’s investigation is complete, usually 10 to 15 business days after it opens.

6. Product information and site content

Every lot is independently HPLC-MS tested, and its lot-matched Certificate of Analysis confirms identity and purity at the time of dispatch. Product descriptions, research summaries and any literature referenced on this site are provided for information only. They are not medical advice, health claims or instructions for human or animal use. Our products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or veterinary use, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.

All text, images, logos and graphics on this site belong to TLC Renew and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

7. Responsibility and governing law

After delivery, you are responsible for how every product is stored, handled and used, and for following all laws that apply to your research. TLC Renew is not liable for misuse, improper handling or any use outside laboratory research, or for any use that breaks these terms.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE] and the federal laws of the United States that apply there. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Nothing we sell is approved by the FDA or any other authority for human or veterinary use, and no product is meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. By purchasing, you confirm you are 21 or older and a qualified researcher who takes full responsibility for lawful use.
