Compliance overview

TLC Renew is a research peptide supplier based in the United States. Our reference material is sourced and handled in the US, and we do not ship any lot that has not been independently verified.

Compliance runs through the whole business: who we sell to, what we say about our products, and how each lot is tested, recorded, packed and shipped. This page gives the overview, and section 7 links to the policy that covers each area in full.

Every product is intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research. None is a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device, and none is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator for human or veterinary use.

We make no health or therapeutic claims. Product categories group compounds by the pathway they are studied under in published literature, not by any effect.

We sell only to people aged 21 or older who are qualified researchers or laboratory professionals, or who buy for an academic institution, commercial laboratory or other research organization.

Every order records the buyer’s research setting and intended research, and includes a research-use acknowledgment accepted at checkout. We may ask for more detail before an order ships, and we may refuse any order.

Every lot is sent to an independent third-party laboratory before it ships. We do not test our own material.

• Identity. Confirmed by mass spectrometry, so you know the compound in the vial is the one on the label.
• Purity. Measured by HPLC, with every lot assayed to 99% purity or higher.
• Methods on the certificate. Each report states exactly which methods were used for that lot.
• Lot-matched. Each Certificate of Analysis is linked to its product and downloadable by batch number.

Every vial carries a batch and lot number tied to its testing records and to one published Certificate of Analysis. So you can check the exact vial on your bench, not just the product in general, and your data stays auditable.

Order records are kept for as long as US tax and business record rules require, typically up to seven years, and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Every compound is lyophilized for stability and held in controlled storage until the order is picked, then packed to keep the material stable in transit.
