Research use only policy

TLC Renew supplies research-grade peptides, sourced and handled in the United States, to researchers, laboratories and research organizations.

Research use only means each product is intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research. It is not a drug, a dietary supplement, a cosmetic or a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is never for human or animal consumption.

Orders are accepted only from people aged 21 or older who are qualified researchers or laboratory professionals, or who are buying for an academic institution, commercial laboratory or other research organization.

At checkout, every buyer states their research setting and intended research, and accepts a research-use acknowledgment. We may ask for further details before an order ships, and we may refuse any order.

Products bought from TLC Renew may only be used for lawful laboratory research. The following are not permitted under any circumstances:

• Giving any product to a person or an animal, by any method
• Using or presenting a product as a drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic or medical device
• Any diagnostic, clinical or therapeutic use
• Reselling or passing products to the public, or to anyone who does not meet this policy
• Relabelling or repackaging products, or marketing them for any purpose other than research

Scientific literature, third-party research and the articles in our Journal are provided for context only. They are not medical advice, and they do not endorse any particular use of a product.

Note: we do not answer questions about dosing, personal use or use in animals. Messages like these may lead to an order being cancelled or an account being closed.

Our products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA. We make no health claims, therapeutic claims or medical recommendations about any product we supply.

Product categories describe the area a compound is studied in, not any expected result. Product pages and Certificates of Analysis are research reference material. Every lot is independently HPLC-MS tested, and its lot-matched COA, downloadable by batch number, confirms identity and purity at the time of dispatch.

Once an order is delivered, the buyer is responsible for storage, handling, disposal and lawful use, and for meeting every federal, state and local rule that applies to their work. By ordering, the buyer confirms that:

• They meet the purchase requirements in this policy
• Products will be handled only by qualified people in a proper laboratory setting
• Any permits, approvals or institutional oversight their work needs are in place
• They take full responsibility for the products from delivery onward

If we believe an order, account or message is linked to use outside laboratory research, we may cancel and refund the order, refuse future orders and close the account without notice. TLC Renew accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling or unintended use of any product.

Chargebacks based on a misunderstanding of research-only status will be contested using the acknowledgment accepted at checkout. This policy applies together with our Terms of Service and Compliance Overview, and changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
