Orders ship within the United States only, with tracking on every parcel.

1. Where we ship

TLC Renew ships research materials to addresses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. All orders are sold for laboratory research use only, to buyers aged 21 or over.

2. Order processing and dispatch

In-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day are normally dispatched the same business day. Other in-stock orders normally leave within one business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or US public holidays.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on US orders over $250. For orders under $250, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Carriers and tracking

Orders ship with a tracked US carrier service, and a tracking number is emailed when your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, so any delivery estimate is a guide, not a guarantee.

5. Packaging

Lyophilized materials ship in temperature-stable, plainly labelled packaging. Each vial carries a label with the product name, quantity and lot number.

6. Delivery address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If it needs correcting, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the order is dispatched.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number. Damaged and lost parcels are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Policy acceptance

By placing an order, you accept this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service, Refund and Returns Policy and Research Use Only Policy.
